The flight yesterday went well, flew in to Glasgow through a route I have never travelled before but gave me a good view over the Western Isles and while flying there I checked out some properties that I would like, grins. Then I flew over a magnificent and beautiful house with a very very large garden if you get my meaning, but as we got closer I kind of got this feeling that I had seen this house before and then it clicked. Mount Stuart, went there with my mom and brother a few years ago. It is amazing this place, and quite amusing to come across it in air. Also on the way I saw a windmill farm, and I have to say I did not find it to be a sight pollution at all. It was actually quite nice to see it. Twirling about in a very relaxed way not the whizzing around that gives you a headache.
Came to my room at around 12 o'clock very tired but here. Tried to get my connections working with the computer and when that hadn't begun to work within half an hour I just plain called home. I knew mom was expecting my phonecall. It was good to hear from her, she was babysitting my sick niece and Katrín came on the phone and asked me where I was, when I told her she didn't want to talk to me anymore, she was very little.
I tidied my room and unpacked my bags and then I headed out into city center where I did some emergency shopping for the most basic things that I would need for the day. Then around four I came back to my room and after I had put the groceries away I went to bed and the next time I woke up it was 8 o'clock in the evening.
Had my dinner, and then I turned my computer on and waited to hear from people. Mom and me were trying to work out the new hive-phone but that wasn't working for some unexplainable reason and then Skype wasn't working either so mom tried to phone me the conventional way but she didn't have the right phonenumber the first few times she tried to call me, so in the end I phoned her and then she phoned me and then we tried the hive again and it still didn't work. So who knows what will happen with phone connections in the future, but I hope it will sort itself out in the future.
